Random Wallpapers
Well if you're anything like me, you have a hundred or more wallpapers saved across your computer and as much as you like every single one of them - you just cannot be bothered going in and changing your wallpaper every single day. So you can imagine how glad I was when I found a program that did it for me!
This little program is really easy to use, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes a different wallpaper on their desktop everyday. This program is copyright to it's owner Daniel Fisher.

How to Use the Program
Okay, so the program is pretty much self explanitory, but I thought that I would include this section anyway so you can see how easy it really is!

You will find a little desktop shortcut that looks just like the icon above, by double clicking on this it will open the program and bring up a window like the one above.

There are two different ways to use the random wallpaper program, as you can see above there is the 'Directory' or 'List' configuartion. This means you have the choice of making up a list of files to use, or just giving a directory (folder) for the program to use all the files within it.

To select which method you would like to use - under 'Active mode' select either 'per file list' or 'per directory'. As you can see from above you can also select whether or not you wish for the order of the wallpapers to remain fixed or not.

The window will automatically run with the directory screen visible - as you can see from above it is really easy to choose the folder you wish the program to use. Just highlight the folder where it can find your wallpapers and that's all you have to do!

At the bottom of the window in the 'directory' section, please take note of the file extensions you wish to use for wallpapers, and make sure you select .jpg or .bmp as necessary.

If you select 'List Configuration' at the top of the window, you will instead get the above screen, with the directory you can see - opening the folders will give you a view of all the image files within them. You can select files from multiple folders by using the list method. Just highlight the file and then read on for how to add your selected file to the list.

To make your list you will see above my list with the filenames and locations printed in the list. And if you look at the icons to the side of the list I will just briefly explain what each one does.
Lastly, all you need to do is select how often you want your wallpaper to change, if you really want you could set it to every ten minutes, or every 24 hours.
From the image to your left you can also see that you have the option to change the wallpaper everytime you start up, if you select this your wallpaper will be different everytime you log on. You can also select the option for the program to remember the last wallpaper you had. So you have a few options for how you want the randomizing to be done.
But overall I do feel that this is a great program for wallpaper lovers and it really is easy to use, with plenty of options for you to customise this the way you want it to work. I hope you find this page helpful, and I do totally recommend the program, it's great little tool for your desktop!

1. Add selected file to the listSo you just select files, add them and create your list for the random wallpaper program to use. I personally prefer this method as it allows for me to use hundreds of wallpapers from hundreds of different folders, but if you have all of yours in one place you may prefer just to use the 'directory' method. :)
2. Remove selected file from the list
3. Create a new list
4. Open a saved list to use
5. Save your current list to use again
6/7. Move a file up/down in the list (for use when you have 'fixed order' selected
